I keep replacing my heater resister it will work fine then only high will work and now the fan wont work at all what keeps causing the resister to blow

Usually the cause of resister failure is caused by a bad blower motor. If it is drawing too many amps, it will burn up the resister. That is the first thing I would check.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
