Engines been squeeling for some time! Tried adjusting belts,still squeels. Now it stopped and smelled rubber burning/ amps. are down to 11. Could the altinator squeel before going out? Do I need to remove the other two belts to get at alt. belt? Can they slipover the fan? or do I need to pull that too? Do not book to know.
