1995 Honda Accord Repair Question

Misfire, odd idle
I have a 1995 honda accord, 2.2. its seems to have a misfire on cyl 3, I can pull the plug wire and it makes no change in idle, I have cleaned the fuel rail and injectors, replaced the spark plugs and it still happens, and when driving i cant tell if it is missing, when I go to slow down it does idle high at around 2000 rpm then lowers to around 750-1200 rpm

Check that you have a good spark at the cylinder, if in doubt replace the lead and check the cap and do a comp test start here.
