The car drives fine, but makes a squealing noise when your driving and remove your foot from the gas so the car is coasting. It stops making the noise when you step on the gas again. When the car is idle is park it begins to rev real high in intervals, but it only last a couple seconds.

Check the drive belts and crank pulley harmonic damper for the squealing noise.

Check the idling speed adjustment, coolant level and Fast Idle Thermal valve for the surging.
