D4 light flashing
I have a honda accord vti 95. my d4 light is flashing but i know its not transmission. it only starts flashing when the speedo stops for a sec. hasn't happend before.

The Transmission Control Module would trigger the D4 light to blink to indicate an error has been detected in the control system.
When the speedometers intermittently fails due to a faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor, a trouble code would be stored in the TCM.
The VSS is failing and replacement is due.
