Won't start but everything else is fine

My 1995 gmc yukon won't start but everything else is fine. It's not the starter or the battery its the sensor it came with.

There's a sensor it came with called TSS I unplugged it once and plugged it back in and it started but a couple days later it did the same thing and now I can't get the car to turn on, is there a way I can disconnect it to where I don't have to use it or how can I reset it?
