Ford Mustang Coolant Problem
The ford mustang gt temperature runs above normal and coolant fans isn't receiving any power. the thermostat, radiator, and water pump has been changed. What is the problem?

does the fan turn on when the ac is turned on???

no the fan does not turn on when the ac is on
