Ford Mustang Engine Problem

I have 2 pcv valves. One is on the passenger side near the fire wall. It has two hose attachments. The top one has a plug in it and the bottom has a vacuum hose attached, its running to its proper place. However the other PCV Valve is on the driver side towards the front of the engine it has a single hose. Under the driver side fenderwell theres a piece with the master cylinder hose, a vacuum hose going into, and a two other lines there a piece of hose connection coming out, thats making it whistle. I put my finger over it and it idles fine. I put a plug in it, but the only things is when i give it gas while in park it tries to stall out. Theres a puddle of rusty water come out the tail pipe. i put in a new Idle Air Control Valve, new throttle body gasket and cleaned the throttle with carb cleaner, new Alternator, new fuel lines, new battery, whats the problem can you help me out? thanks

THIS FELLER HAD STUCK A PCV VALVE ON EITHER END OF HIS VALVE COVER.......................IN CRUDE TERMS, HIS OPERATING PCV WAS S.UCKING A VACUUM ON THE CRANKCASE, TILL IT COULD NOT S.UCK ANY MORE (THE OTHER PCV WAS ACTING LIKE A CHECK VALVE OR A "PLUG"--NO MORE AIR COULD GET INNO MORE COULD BE S.UCKED OUT EITHER!)MEANING "AIRFLOW" STOPPED GOING THRU THE VACUUM LINERESULTING IN NO MORE AIR GETTING BACK TO THE CARB/ INTAKE TO RUN HIS IDLE'S DEMAND FOR AIR!

........................WRONG ANSWER!

AS THE PCV VALVE DRAWS/ S.UCKS THE HARMFUL GASSES FROM THE ENGINEIT'S CREATING A VACUUM IN THE ENGINE----THERE SHOULD NOT BE A VACUUM----IT SHOULD BE CIRCULATING AIR......SORTA HARD TO EXPLAIN IN TEXT

NOT ONLY THAT.............THE VACUUM RUNNING UP THE LINE AND BACK INTO HIS INTAKE MANIFOLD/ OR CARBURETOR IS ALSO "AIR" OR "COMBUSTION AIR" WHICH IS/ OR SHOULD BE MIXING WITH FUEL FOR THE IDLE ALONG WITH A PERCENTAGE OF IT FEEDING THE CARB WHEN THE THROTTLE IS OPENED UP

.............SO..........ON THE CARBURETED VEHICLESTHE OTHER PORT ON THE VALVE COVER IS NOT FOR A 2ND PCVIT'S FOR "WIDE OPEN" CLEAN AIR TO BE DRAWN IN........REPLENISHING WHAT THE PCV IS TAKING OUT!

DEPENDING ON THE SET-UP, "CLEAN FILTERED AIR" IS DRAWN INMINE HAS A ELBOW AND A HOSE, WHICH CONNECTS INTO THE BOTTOM OF MY CARB'S AIR CLEANER, LETTING MY MAIN BREATHER FILTER ELEMENT CLEAN THE AIR FOR THE CARB AS WELL AS THE AIR REPLENISHING MY VALVE COVER AND PVC

ON "V" ENGINES---USUALLY THE PVC IS ON ONE VALVE COVER, AND THE FRESH AIR ENTERS ON THE OTHER VALVE COVER----DOING THIS SORTA CIRCULATES AIR THRU THE WHOLE ENGINE

YOURS BEING A '95, YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARB, BUT THE PCV STILL CLEANS THE CRANKCASE AIRAND IT STILL NEEDS FRESH AIR TO REPLENISH WHAT'S BEING S.UCKED OUT! THIS FRESH AIR MIGHT BE A HOSE GOING INTO YOUR SNORKEL FROM YOUR AIR CLEANER TO YOUR THROTTLE BODY....AND SHOULD FLOW FREELY INTO THE VALVE COVER

I'M GONNA SLING YOU A FEW PICS OF HOW MY JEEP CJ 5 IS SET UP'MEMBER THIS IS A CARB----IT'S ALSO AN INLINE 6 CYLINDER (ONLY ONE VALVE COVER)

ANY OF THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?

COULD IT BE THE 2ND PVC IS EITHER A MISTAKE OR MAYBE IT'S ANOTHER ANIMAL.....AND NOT A PCV???
