Why would my fuel pump or sender be making a whirring sound
I replaced my fuel pump and fuel sender after it was making a Whirring sound and with the new parts it's still making the same sound but not as loud. What could cause this sound?

Ensure the pump is installed correctly. If the pump is not properly installed, vibrations from the pump would be transmitted to the tank.
