How do i troubleshoot the check engine light?
The check engine light will NOT come on,therefor i cannot get it smogged, what to do?

Notice the diagram, check the fuse. Check voltage and ground. The circuit is grounded by the pcm. Voltage comes from the fuse. Could be problem with wiring circuit? The bulb could be burned out or vibrated loose.
