FORD F-150 HARMONIC BALANCER PROBLEM
1995 Ford F-150 • 280,000 miles
My serpentine belt keeps breaking (shredding). I've changed the Tensioner Pulley but I'm on my fourth belt. I notice my crank shaft pulley is moving up and down while running. Should my crank shaft pulley run true and smooth or is the movement from the harmonic balancer. What can be causing my belts to break?

the balancer should be true running
I changed the whole tensioner assy. Now my belt keeps jumping a tooth on the crank shaft pulley. my Harmonic balancer is behind the crank shaft pulley so if its not running true i should change the balancer?
