I just replaced the radiator fan

I just replaced the radiator fan. I ran the vehicle for 15-20 minutes. However, the fan is still not engaging. I checked the connectors and they seem to be fine. What could be the problem?

If the temperature reading is still normal, run a while longer. When starting from cold, it might take more time that that.

You would need to check the wiring system such as relays and fan switches if the fan fails to turn on when temperature reading goes above normal.
