I have a 1995 Eagle Summit with a 1.9L Mitsibushi engine that is having rough idle and sputtering. I have oil in the threads on cyl# 1 and did a compression test that showed 190,192,195,195 after putting a little oil in cyl# 1 I got 205,200,205,200. They seem to be in the range per the book. But I am not sure what the problem is rings, head gasket or other.

Would that allow the oil to get into the cylinder and cause a missfire?

Thanks.
