I have a 1995 dodge stealth, after it is driven for a while when i go back down to idle the volt gauge drops below 12 volts and it idles rough and it wants to die, afterwards when i turn the car off and if i start it shortly afterwards it will start and die and i have to start it, rev it, and kick it to drive to get it to go. the computer does not read when hooked up but it should work because the cruise control works on the computer and the cruise works. I have tried changing the MAF and no difference also checked the grounds to the chassis and the motor from the battery.
