I have a 95 twin turbo Dodge Stealth AWD. When I drive I smell a burnt clutch smell. What could be the cause?

The clutch engages and disengages correctly, goes into all gears and does not slip. I have tested it by flooring it is second gear, no slip, same with third. Does not slip on itintial first gear launches either. Not dirving it hard but smell occurs when I back out of the garage or am parking the car, where I have to engage and disengage often. Or if starting off on hills. I do not drive the car much maybe 10,000 miles on a completely new ACT unit. Can these clutches be adjusted? Any advise would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
