B/LBL WIRE SEEMS TO HAVE A PROBLEM IN ITS CIRCUIT .IT RUNS TO MANY COMPONENTS AND I AM CURIOUS TO LEARN TO TROUBLESHOOT IT CORRECTLY . I THINK IT IS STAYING CHARGED AT 12 VOLTS CONSTANTLY . ANY INFO APPRECIATED.
