Start with replacing the fuel filter. If you ran out of fuel, you may have plugged it. As far as the IAC, remove it and check to make sure the pentil is moving when the key goes from off to on.

Remove the IAC and check to see if the pintel is moving when you turn the key from off to the run position.

Let me know what you find.

White smoke from the exhaust usually indicates a bad head gasket. On the 3.3L V6 it is uncommon. However, the 3.0L V6 is a different story. I don't know which you have. Have you noticed any evidence of coolant mixing with the motor oil? It will make the oil turn a creamy tan color on the dipstick, oil fill cap. Also, is there any evidence of oil mixing with the coolant?

Let me know.
Joe
