Does your car have blender/ actuator doors? I'm pretty sure it does ---- I have 99 chrysler LHS- and heat didnt work -- turned out it was a blender door which closes off heat when A/C desired - closes off A/C vent and directs cold air thru heater core - and it also "blends" the temperature of air based on how hot or cold u want- there are at least 2 actuators (door motors) - 1 for blending temp of air - another for air coming out floor, defroster, or front vents -- you may have a 3rd which controls the recirculation of air -- shuts off exterior air from entering and just recirculates air that is inside car.. These Actuators (motors) are expensive - about $130 or go to junk yard and pick up for $15- $25 - if your intersted in more info -- let me know
