I was in a car accident and the guy had no insurance. I need to pull a big dent in my hood. Too deep for the suction cup method. Below is a pic any ideas?

If the picture shows the whole dent, it doesn't look like much? You may be able to drill a series of small holes in the dent then use a slide hammer to pull the dent, one end of the slide hammer screws into the small hole.

Can you tap out the dent from the under side of hood? Or remove the hood, then tap out the dent? I'm really not a body person. I can't tell if headlamp assembly is busted?

If you use small holes, when your finished, you can use body filler or something for the holes. Sand it down and prime it.
