I think I have an electrical problem,but ,I am not sure. Here is the problem, it seems like it wants to start,you know, when it gets the almosts,but not quite starting. How can I check this?

i would start with a fuel pressure test to verify the pump is good.

How can I test this with out a pressure tester? Is there a manual way? The sound of the fuel pump pushing the fuel, can be heard, when I turn the key to the start position without starting the vehicle.
