How do I replace the engin valve guides, could this be whats wrong with my vehicle?

The vehicle is smokes when first start but stops after driving a few miles, then repeats when started again.

Blue smoke when first start up and driven until burned off or warmed up.

Yep that's valve guides here is the deal heads have intergal guides which is just a hole drilled into head. So fix is pull heads have machined fited with guides. Can be a bit pricy. Other remedy is replace valve stem seals heads stay on
