Chevrolet Silverado Gas Problem
Idle is at 1300 when start up, when driving I can put truck in neutral and it will hold an idle of about 1800, have replaced the IAC valve and the TPS could something be sending a false signel to the IAC to keep it reving so high, also had code 35 which I have cleared.

clearing codes does nothing as the problem is still there.
check for the base gasket leaking vacuum. common issue.
did you clean all passages in the iac motor??
