1995 Chevrolet Cavalier Bleeding cooling system

I recently changed radiator, water pump and thermostat and tried bleeding the system but I get water coming out and then it goes back to running hot

Have you had the radiator cap tested yet?Also is the radiator cooling fan turning on at the correct temp?

I haven't when I start car up all fluids come out through cap also when bleeding, I get water gushing up but it still is holding a lot of air/pressure

Have you checked to see if there is excessive pressure in the cooling system from maybe a bad head gasket.

Before you change the head gasket I would make sure its bad. You can rent a chemical head gasket tester at auto zone for free y o u just have to by the chemical for it.

I recently noticed the coolant isn't circulating properly out top radiator hose into engine. Also fan isn't coming on when. When vehicle runs hot
