The turn signal lever has broken off but cruise and wipers still function.
What parts should I buy and how long is the job for a diy person?
Also, do I need to pull the steering wheel, and are there any other special tools required?

Thank you,

Steve Todd

Yes. You will usually need to have a steering wheel puller. There are 2 bolts that screw into threaded holes on the steering wheel and one in the center that pushes against the bolt in the center of the wheel.
