I have a 95 Cadillac Deville 4.9. Just replaced catalytic converter and fuel filter. Check engine light remains on and makes a very loud roaring sound like a Chevy pick-up, what could be the problem?

Have the computer scanned for code/s if any present comeback with it-this is your starting point

Push off and warmer on the a/c panel. When you see all segments light release. And write the codes down from the fuel data panel. Then come back.
