The power steering is non-functioning. there are no visible leaks. I suspected the pump and replaced it but the symptoms are the same.

the fluid in the pump draws out completely (added over two quarts) and does not refill. lines are clear of blockage and the filter is new.

I flushed the system and when through the bleeding process.

any ideas as to what the problem might be and where is all the fluid going.
