Concors transmission
I have a 95 cadillac and sometimes it will not shift out of 1st gear or when it does it will hit about 50 miles per hour and down shift and rpm will rise. It dont slip and when it does shift it ****s nice. From park to drive it does hit a little hard, do i have to replace my trans.

Do you have a check engine light on? The hard engagement suggests that you should, and you may have a pressure control problem that would cause a maximum line pressure default.
