Yea there is, problem is im in the middle of replacing the motor since it burnt out. But for anyone else that this may happen to (which I doubt) the 2 bolts connected to the seatbelts need to be unscrewed and then very firmly jolt the seat upwards, its rather locked in pretty well. Then remove the sound dampering and pop the 4 pin locks in the cross frame in the shape of a X holding the carpet barrier and then you will have complete access with no damage. So yea answered my own question.
