1995 Buick Riviera Repair Question

Cooling fans won't start

I have a 1995 buick riveria and the cooling fans will not come on. They do work i jumped them with direct juice from battery and I jumped from were the relay plugs in and i also replaced the relay and checked all fuses, What else is there to check or replace to get them to work

they should come on when the ac high side pressure exceeds 150lbs. and it should come on when the temp exceeds 209 degrees cent.

a shop with a scan tool can monitor these operations and see if the pcm is commanding them on to verify the pcm sees the commands.

not as simple as replacing any parts till you see what is being told to the fans by the computer.
