1995 Buick Riviera Repair Question

I have a 95 3.8 supercharged that i believe lost a front oil seal and all the oil was evacuated as i was driving on the highway..the car stalled and i can not restart as the engine seams to be seized.if i replace the seal,is there a way to unlock
Recent work ,new plugs,wires,intake gasket,thermostat,radiator flush,new air and fuel filters.
