heater blower

my heater wasnt working at all. got it fixed it was working fine then the other day the blower just quit working. can you help me out? i have replaced the water pump, the thermostat and the heater core.

Take blower motor electrical connector loose from blower motor. Use voltmeter or testlite between the two terminals on the wiring, key on, hvac on. Any voltage, does the lite come on. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Also, if no voltage check applicable fuses. The blower motor should be on the firewall, under the hood.
