1995 Acura Legend battery

Today I was testing the cooling fans when turned the ac on they worked fine. So the car warmed up and the fans did not engage only when ac is did the engage so I took out the realy took a 3 way wire bot 2 ends two the reay and the 3 end to the neagitibe battery terminal and a fuse blew I changed the fuse now the fans dont turn on when ac is on and the battery keeps dying did I short the battery I got a jump and the car started fine I checked the relay moved them around and the battery died again whats going on is something draining the battery or is it fried

A fuse has blown or you have fried the alternator.
Check the main fuses and ensure you have battery voltage to the alternator main terminal.
Never try jumping wires without knowing what you are doing. I wonder why you did that?

You need to check the fuses in the under hood fuse box and the underdash fuse box. Most likely there is a blown fuse.
