I have a 1994 Toyota Pick-Up extended cab v6. I had to get the cv joint boot replaced and when the guy got the the hub's off he lost a spring, so i've been driving with the hub's locked. It also will jump out of first gear when i take off sometimes and you can hear the throwout bearing knocking when let out on clutch in neutral. Here recently i have been hearing like a knocking or grinding noise. Not sure where it is coming from because it only will do it while im driving. The higher the rpm's is the louder it gets. It'll only do it in 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th.
