On immediate start up ther is cold steam coming.

On immediate start up ther is cold steam coming out from the radiator with the cap off. Is this a sign of bad head gasket. The truck has a new radiator and thermostat. It also runs fine but does overheat quickly.

Yes it is. You most likely will be removing the head for inspection
