1994 toyota corolla 1.8 liter. How do you remove the water pump?

Stuck in the middle of job and can't figure out where to go from here. Do you need to rmove the bottom timing belt cover? If so how do I do it. If not what do I do?

if it's in the way, yes you have to remove it. this will require taking off tire to access bottom pulley removal.
