Engine runs smooth at idle and low speeds but when I get on freeway and pick up speed every time it reaches 2800 rpm it starts stumbling and cutting out. Below 2800 rpm runs fine. Just changed fuel filter but does the same. I am going to check fuel pump pressure next but first I need to make a special tool shown in my haynes manual . No one carries adapter for banjo fitting to pressure guage. Thanks.
