As far as the power windows, do any of the windows work? If not, check for voltage at the power window circuit breaker. Use a voltage tester.

The power window circuit breaker goes hot with the key. The power seat also has a circuit breaker, hot all the time. If the circuit breakers get hot to the touch when you try to operate, I think there is a motor problem. Seats or windows.

I forgot the seat diagram for the breaker.
