How come im not getting any fuel to the fuel rail

Replaced fuel pump fuse is good swapped relays and still no fuel on a 94 bonneville

So you have no fuel pressure to the fuel rail?

no there is no pressure

See if you have power to both sides of the fuel pump fuse while cranking the engine to start it.Let me know what you find.
