1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Fuse blows

Ecm fuel pump fuse keeps blowing, fuse blows before I can even get it plugged in, keyswitch is not on when it blows, I changed Ecm same thing, changed fuel pump same thing, changed fuel pump relay same thing, how can I fix this car it's my only ride, please help

That is a pink wire that goes to O2 sensor/ canister purge solenoid and egr. Disconnect one at a time so you can see where the short is and check harness for rubbed through at engine or frame
