Cant get key out of ignition

I have a mistubishi magna 1994 model. when i turn the car off, i can only turn the key around to accessories which means i cant get the key out of the ignition. i was wondering how i get the key out of the ignition?

Either you call a mobile locksmith to assist or break the key and drill it out
