Engine running rough
I have a mitisubishi evo 2 1994. i have just had another engine put in and since then it has started playing up.
whether the engine is hot or cold (normally warmed up) sometimes it will run ok but when i stop it will cut out everytime, then i can take it back out again or another day and it will rev to at least two grand and wont drop even if i blip the accelerator

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?
Problem seems to be an erratic Idle Solenoid Control Valve, located at the throttle body.
