The car has fuel has spark new coil new plugs new dist cap wires and plugs still wont start and i am lost [please give advice where to go next thank you

Check the valve and ignition timing.

what happened? was it running before or did you buy it that way? was the position of the distributor disturbed? put at TDC and check cap alignment with #1 plug wire.
