1994 Mercury Capri 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 87,500 miles. This is noticeable below 30 mph. It's bad (arm shaking) at 40mph to 60mph and noticeable at 75mph. The tires have been balanced and the alignment has been done. The right CV boot is torn and joint is dry. No clicking on turns. I've owned two of these cars and the norm is smooth driving at any speed. Can CV cause this? Other things? Runs great otherwise. Thanks!
