1994 Mazda B2300 driving me mad

94 mazda b2300 smokes out tailpipe using lots of gas and oil. No power low rough idle. Rpm guage wrong. Trouble code says EGR valve voltage out of range

Have the compression tested.
Excessive oil consumption and smoking tailpipe indicates oil is getting to the cylinders or exhaust system and usually these are due to worn valve seals.
Check the spark plugs. They are most probably fouled with carbon causing the misfiring.
