What would cause the flywheel in a 1994 mazda b2300 2x4 to stop turning when starting. I have replaced the starter and flywheel 2 times now with new parts and the truck will start okay a few times with no problems. Then it will start to have problems. When i drop the tranny i find that the flywheel teeth are broken or completely missing. I have brought it to a few different shops and they cant tell me what the problem is. Should I be looking into the engine more is it something im missing..
