Where is the blend door actuator on a 94 lincoln mark 8

How do you diagnose if the blend door is the problem. Cold air only comes out of the defrost vent, but not the floor or front vents. I tried to do the error code test(hold off and floor buttons then press auto) but nothing happened. My mechanic suggested replacing the entire ac control panel, but my gut says that's not the problem.

Get to blend motor see if it operates remove see if can manualy operate door

i cant find the blend door actuator is it located near the glove box or above in the console

more to center behind console on EVAP box look at diagram @10" to left of blower
