Put a test light on the negative coil terminal have helper crank engine over is the test light blinking?

Have tried that but have no ground back through the coil Thanks Robert

Ready to drive this car into the Delaware river. Will not start after new fuel regulator, plugs and wires are installed? Need to check firing order?

Are you getting spark and fuel to the engine? Will it start for a couple seconds if you use starting fluid?
