How can i find the root of my electrical issues
My car's lights are dim, and when Im driving and when I press the brakes or when I turn the headlights on the music goes in and out as if their was some shortage somewhere.

It sounds like a bad ground. Check body grounds to make sure none have rusted or corroded.
