My windows won't come up it keep saying check engine. And (ABS) and security what does this mean?

That means you have 4 different issues with 4 different systems on the car and they need to be addressed separately.

Everything but the windows involves using a professional scan tool to access each individual module for stored codes and diagnose them independently from there.
