Hard start and no power

The car was parked for four years and it is having hard start, has low idle and goes off when given load. So far fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, air cleaner, injectors have been changed. What do I need to do to solve this problem.

It sounds like the IAC valve needs to be replaced, here is the location of the valve please clean the passages with carb cleaner when doing the job. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know what happens.
